Mr. Johnson practices primarily in the areas of business formation and operational matters of corporations, cooperatives, partnerships, limited liability companies and limited liability partnerships, including work on contracts, promissory notes, security instruments, employment contracts, and related areas.
He is licensed in the State of Minnesota and in the Federal Court. He is experienced in negotiating and litigating disputes.
Experience in Real Estate
His experience in real estate includes deeds, easements, mortgages, title opinions, title insurance, foreclosures, cancellations, boundary disputes, and related matters. Paul holds an insurance license for the sale of title insurance.
Education
Paul R. Johnson received his bachelor's degree summa cum laude from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota, in 1976 and his law degree from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, North Dakota in 1979.
